Free Standard Shipping is available in Portugal on orders over 100€ + VAT (123€).
How will my order be delivered?
We send our product by CTT or Chronopost by the option of your choice.
Please note, it is your responsibility should your request result in a failed or lost delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery after an unsuccessful attempt, the order will be forwarded to a pickup shop (local to you) where it is held for 7 days. If it is failed to be collected, it will be returned to us at a cost which will then be deducted from any refunds. If you wish to have the order resent, shipping fees will apply.
All orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched same day. We do not despatch and the couriers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays.
We are required by law to charge VAT on all shipping rates.
Opening Times: Internet – 24 hours a day seven days a week 52 weeks a year Office and warehouse – Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 19:00. The office is Closed on Saturday, Sunday and National holidays, phones will not be answered and no dispatches made.
Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as most orders have to be signed.
Customs, taxes and other fees.
International orders may be subject to Custom, Taxes and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of KRISTINE LUX. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customers responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any Custom, Taxes and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.
