At KLA-SHOP, we work to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Portugal on orders over €100.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched via CTT or DPD, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are correct and complete. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient is unavailable, KLA-SHOP cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays, losses or additional costs.
If delivery cannot be completed after an attempted delivery by the carrier, the order may be forwarded to a local collection point near your address, where it will be held for a limited period. If it is not collected within that time, it will be returned to the sender, and the return costs may be deducted from any refund due. If you wish to have the order re-shipped, new shipping charges will apply.
Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. Carriers also do not deliver on these days.
In accordance with applicable law, VAT is charged on shipping costs where applicable.
Opening Hours
Online shop:
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Customer service and dispatch:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
On closed days, including weekends and national holidays, no dispatches or phone support will be available.
We recommend ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel, as some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.
Customs, Taxes and Other Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, import fees or other additional charges, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are not the responsibility of KLA-SHOP and must be paid in full by the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order to confirm whether any such charges may apply.
