Shipping
Free normal shipping is available in Portugal for orders over 50 € + VAT (61.50 €).
How will my order be delivered?
We send our product by CTT or DPD by option of your choice.
Please note that it is your responsibility if your request results in a failure or loss of delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery after an unsuccessful attempt, the order will be forwarded to a collection store (local to you) where it will be held for 7 days. If not collected, it will be returned at a cost that will be deducted from any refunds. If you want the order to be resent, shipping charges will apply.
We do not ship and the post office does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
We are required by law to charge VAT on all shipping fees.
Opening hours: Internet – 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year Office and deposit – Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 7 pm. The office closes on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, phones will not be answered and dispatches will not be made.
Make sure that someone will be available at the specified delivery address to sign the order during the day, as most orders must be signed.
Customs, taxes and other fees.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other fees. These fees are not the responsibility of the KLA-SHOP. The customer will be responsible for full payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify possible charges and arrange payment of any customs duties, taxes and other fees incurred prior to receipt of goods.
